I would like to give zero stars but that is not an option. Do not purchase “human hair” from here!!! It is a blend but they charge you human hair prices. I spent over $200 here for their blended hair that they are selling as human. It was $209 after the discount. My stylist sewed it in and then began to flat iron it. The hair was melting onto her flat iron. It melted so much that she was continually having to try and pull it off the flat iron and burnt herself on the blended trash being sold as human hair. I just ended up cutting out the $400 sew in plus the amount I paid for the fake hair sold to me as human. I called 3 times and was continuously told to call back a different day. I would call on the day they said and would be told to call back later because this is when the owner would be in. I am not close to this shop I was told to come on weekdays but I work. I went in today, finally made it over and the employee smirked saying he remembered me calling but there is nothing he can do. He refused to call the owner or offer any resolution. Stay away from this place unless you want to be scammed and overpay for blended hair. *Edited for Response to owner: I am adding in my bank transaction here since you are trying to discredit the receipt provided by your store. Additionally you stated “The receipt shown does not clearly identify the product purchased” *** This is the receipt your store provided to me. I agree it should list the product purchased and now as a consumer I have to question why it does not when the store owner is saying it has to show that to be valid. In response to “Additionally, no product was ever returned to us for inspection or verification of the allegations being made.” ****I was in your store the day I posted the original review. I gave your employee the hair remaining from the third bundle along with the receipt. Did he not communicate this to you or are you just attempting again to discredit an accurate consumer report? Very sad is all I can say. Ask my stylist Whitney who shops at your store. She burned herself trying to remove the blended product you sold to me as human hair from her flat iron. “Making a claim that a product sold as human hair was actually synthetic requires evidence.” **Again ask my stylist about her burned hands and flat iron with melted synthetic hair on it. She shops there for supplies. “Our store is committed to accurately representing the products we sell, and we stand behind the authenticity and labeling of our merchandise. We have served our community for years and take pride in providing honest service and quality products to our customers.” ***I wish this was the case as I drove over 40 minutes to purchase hair from you and again to bring the remaining hair and receipt in to discuss a resolution but unfortunately I received a smirking employee saying he remembers when I called weeks ago after the melting hair occurred but there was nothing he could do.
