Sign in to reviewSo friendly but also fast. And open very late We had a wonderful meal at Super Bowl Pho. My husband and I shared a steaming bowl of pho and an order of orange chicken, and both were delicious. The pho was flavorful, comforting, and packed with fresh ingredients, while the orange chicken had the perfect balance of sweetness and crispiness. My husband enjoyed a sake and a Sapporo beer with dinner, and I treated myself to a taro Thai tea with boba that was creamy, refreshing, and absolutely delicious. The portions were generous, the service was friendly, and the atmosphere was welcoming. This is a great spot for a casual date night or a comforting meal with family and friends. We’ll definitely be back! 🍜🍊🍺🧋✨
Place is a hole-in-the-wall. Kind of dirty looking but sometimes those are the best places. My hopes were still up... Wrong. Soup was not soup. It was salt-lick. They took 15 minutes with one other table seated and they had their food already. This means they were prepping the broth?? Sure enough, one sip of the broth and me and my with cringed so hard! It was so ridiculously salty and sour like from fish sauce. I could literally handle 2 or 3 spoonfuls. Not edible. Little to no steak was added. They had to be using some kind of bouillon to make soup. Really sad. No traces of floating fat-broth... I ordered the grilled port spring roll, holy shut, the meat had to have been days old and dried out worse that'll beef jerky. Also couldn't eat that. Egg rolls were small, sometime good thing come in small packages.... no! It was old ground Portland, no noodle or other ingredients to be seen. I would rate this place and negative 5-star for be so gross and deceiving. I told the owners, the lady didn't care and evil-eyed me and the man said he would look into it... On the drive home, my tongue felt burned from the amount of salt/sodium in the broth and I only had a couple spoonfuls.
I travel around and eat a lot of pho. This was rough, tasted like it needed to be cooked more. Wasn't good at all. The "steak" looked like cooked leather. Really low grade and cheap meat. The crispy spring rolls were tiny. Usually they're bigger. No grilled pork options. Service was slow even though they weren't busy and never came back to the table to check up. Restaurant was clean and tidy. That's about the only good thing.
The food is not good. The bowls are way too large and the kids portion is too small. Also, the broth tasted like tap water mixed with seasoning. It did not taste like real broth. The raw meat tasted like sponge. The spring rolls smelt like a garbage can. The service was as good and the atmosphere is nice minus the parking. I don’t recommend if you’re looking for a good pho place.
