Dr Chen is legit the real deal. He's the sage on the mountain monastery. My family had been coming to him for 20 years. He doesn't speak much English, but someone is usually on hand to translate. If not, all you need to do is let him take your pulse, look at your tongue, and say yes to whatever treatment he gives you, whatever medicine he gives you. AND he even has certification/degree from UC Berkeley; he could teach that entire program. Don't be off-put by the less than clinical setting. None of that has helped you heal, has is it?

This man is the most knowledgeable and caring acupuncturist I've had. My headaches usually get to the point of me vomiting but after about an hour with his expert ability in acupuncture, I go home without any pain and sleep pretty well. His english isn't strong but there is usually someone there to assist. He is a kind and empathic person.

Such a blessing to have him around the neighborhood. From frozen shoulder to sciatica, he treated both and no more pain. Now I go twice a month as a regular health maintenance regime.
