It serves shoppers looking for beauty products and supplies in a convenient local setting, whether they are replenishing familiar items or exploring an alternative. The store’s listed hours are Monday through Thursday, 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.; Friday and Saturday, 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.; and Sunday, 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. These hours can help you plan a visit, though checking directly before traveling is sensible if timing matters.

Customer feedback points to product guidance as one reason some shoppers return. One reviewer appreciated an employee who listened to what they needed and explained a generic alternative to Paul Mitchell products. That shopper was especially pleased with Tea Tree shampoo and conditioner and planned to return for the full set. This experience suggests the store may be useful when you want to ask about comparable options rather than choose entirely on your own. Product selection and individual results can vary, so it is worth confirming that a particular item is available in store.

Other reviewers describe a clean, neat, and well-stocked shop, along with staff they found friendly and welcoming. These comments make Sally Beauty a possible stop for people who value an organized shopping environment and the chance to ask questions while browsing. As with any beauty supply visit, your experience may depend on the products you need and the service you receive that day. The available feedback is mixed, so shoppers may want to approach staff with specific questions and allow time to compare options before making a decision.

The overall rating is 3.4 out of 5 from 69 reviews, reflecting a range of experiences rather than a uniformly positive or negative picture. Alongside praise for helpful, welcoming employees, some customers report dissatisfaction with service and in-store conduct. That range is useful context if attentive assistance is especially important to you. Sally Beauty’s Oklahoma City location may suit shoppers seeking beauty supplies, product comparisons, or familiar hair-care items, while those who prefer a particular brand or need a specific product should check availability before visiting.
