The tomato soup is delicious. The variety of dishes is extensive and very fresh; the classic bone broth is excellent as well

This mala tang was so good—super flavorful broth with just the right amount of spice. Everything tasted fresh, and the variety was amazing. The noodles soaked up all the flavor, and every bite hit different. Definitely coming back for this.

2026 update: By the looks of the smashed front glass door, it looks like TS Cafe recently suffered a break-in. Being a good neighbor, I came by to show them some support. This is my first time eating in-person as they close at 7pm. My basil popcorn chicken $7.75 didn't contain basil. They used to include it. The combo sandwich $10.75 was served on Dutch crunch bread. On the bread, I suspect they use a garlic mayo spread to make the sandwich less dry. The sandwiches are smaller now. My photos from years ago showed them to be about twice as high. For dessert, I wanted to try their snowball toast. Unfortunately, no ice cream was available. It took about 20 minutes for my food to come out at around 6:20pm. The young people that work here are attentive. Service has gotten faster since they put in the ordering kiosk. They play Mandarin Chinese music on the speakers. That made it annoying to eat in-person even though I'm Chinese. Original review: The food is not bad here. I wouldn't order the okonomiyaki $8 if you were in a hurry though. I called ahead and they said it would be ready in 25 minutes. It wasn't ready until after 35 minutes. If you were on your work lunch break, there would be no time to eat it. I also had the popcorn chicken $6. That also tasted OK. It is nice that there's a restaurant that serves okonomiyaki in this neighborhood. Thanks TS Cafe.
