One of Ultra Jewelry’s most appreciated services is jewelry cleaning. A customer brought in a bag of older silver jewelry that had not been worn for years and said the pieces were returned quickly and looked wonderful afterward. This makes the store a useful choice for anyone hoping to bring renewed shine to silver jewelry or prepare sentimental pieces for regular wear. Customers also mention the selection and value of the jewelry available, including a positive experience purchasing a pair of 14K earrings.

Personal service is another recurring part of the Ultra Jewelry experience. Reviewers describe the staff as kind and approachable, with special praise for Susel’s professionalism and for Mimi, the owner, who was described as willing to work with a customer’s budget. That feedback suggests Ultra Jewelry can be a comfortable place for shoppers who prefer guidance during a purchase rather than browsing without support. It may suit first-time buyers, gift shoppers, and local customers searching for a familiar Tampa jewelry store.

Ultra Jewelry also handles custom jewelry requests, giving customers an option beyond ready-to-wear pieces. Reviews are generally positive about the quality, pricing, and customer experience, although one customer reported delays with a custom order, changing price quotes, and difficulty communicating in English. For that reason, customers considering custom work may want to confirm the expected timeline, final price, and communication details before placing an order. Sharing this feedback provides a balanced picture while recognizing the store’s strong overall rating and repeat-customer appeal.
