After I got my coat cleaned I took it home and noticed that every single button holding the fur collar to the jacket except for one had fallen off :( but the staff are very kind and accommodating

Fantastic alterations — I ironed on a patch by myself and it was falling off. So I asked them to re-iron and sew it for me. They were able to do it immediately since the seamstress is in-house; I walked in with my jacket to be fixed, and walked out with it fixed They take ApplePay and card

This is a review of their alteration services. Price seems average. I took 2 pairs of full suits, (one a 40, one a 39) to be brought in and was going to keep one. They suggested I keep the 40. I had to have the waist taken in significantly, and the pants waist adjusted as well. Unfortunately the seamstress didn't speak great English, and the receptionist made herself too busy to translate. I spent a good amount of time with gestures trying to communicate with the seamstress. The result was my having to go back and have the work redone several times. They didn't take the waistband on the pants in enough the first go around. Worse was they took the suit in from the back unevenly, resulting in an uneven pattern. I've now learned an experienced tailor should know not to take a patterned suit in at the back. The tails were uneven, and it took a lot of pushing for me to get them to fix them. It took a lot of pushing to get them to even fix the pattern as well. They also didn't suggest to taper the pant leg, which I now know is extremely necessary. They charged me full price after all this. I would not go back for alterations, especially if you don't know exactly what you need. I only gave them a 2 star because they corrected the issues they caused. It took a lot of pushback from me, and 3 (or 4?) appointments...

I started using Veterans Deluxe a few months ago. Their wash and fold service is great! My clothes are consistently well cared for and ready on-time. I also brought in a somewhat difficult piece for alterations (a fleece sweater) and it came even better than I expected.
