I was super impressed with this store and every associate. I came in shopping for a blonde ponytail. The sales gal, Nyla, gave me solid, suggestions on how to choose and style it. I was looking for a specific size for clothes also, and she again was super helpful and friendly. It’s refreshing to get customer service! The guy behind the counter was also on point. I spent more time and money than I usually do and definitely will be recommending to others and coming back. Thanks again.

I purchased a human hair wig with the knowledge of being able to apply heat and curl it. The wig would not curl . I called them and was told to bring it in the day. Upon arriving the cashier was rude and immediately told me it was not his fault it didn’t curl I had to call the manufacturer. It was eligible for exchange due to I only had purchase it three day and on that third day was when I tried to curl it . He didn’t even consider this , he told the sales lady to take it to the back and try to curl it still it didn’t curl. She apologized and said she’d speak to the owner after talking with her cashier was was rude and stubborn she to decided not to do anything. I’ll never buy or visit this shop again. Very disappointed and unprofessional. Just a loss of my money.

Recently stopped by this store on my way to Elmwood shopping center because I wanted to pickup some hair pins and hair beads for my daughter. I had my computer tote bag on me and my daughter (2yrs btw) with me. I go in and as I get towards the back of the store looking for those items, the lady aggressively asks me what I need. As I’m telling her, she very aggressively sends me toward the front of the store where the items were. I ignore the mishandling and just proceed to get what I came for. As I’m browsing for what I want she is literally standing in the back of the store watching me. Very uncomfortable 😣 and then after I grabbed what I wanted the floor person is literally standing at the end of the aisle closer to the entrance. I definitely felt racially profiled and it wasn’t the first time I’ve felt like this shopping at this store. I’ve visited them a few times while getting my nails done at LA Nails next door and it’s always the same energy. Moving forward I will not be spending and visiting this store again. Besides the aisles are so narrow it’s hard to even navigate the store how tightly crammed it is.

The store is too small and they don't carry much of supplies like I thought. Hair supplies are very limited. They sell shoes and clothing and jewelry. The prices are much more expensive then some other stores that I frequent. No one wants to come from behind the counter to help you find what you need, if you're having a problem finding it yourself. This was my first visit and last visit. There's too many beauty supply stores to go too, where the service is much better.
