Sign in to reviewI had such a wonderful experience at Cartier thanks to Chanel and Curtis. I’ve shopped with Chanel before, but this was my first Cartier watch buying experience — a special Mother’s Day gift for myself — and she made it incredibly memorable. During my first visit, I couldn’t make up my mind, but she was so patient and thoughtful throughout the entire process. She never pressured me into making a decision and instead encouraged me to take my time, think it through, and come back again when I was ready. It was also a very busy day, and Curtis was extremely welcoming and attentive. He offered me drinks and made sure I was comfortable while waiting. A few days later when I returned, Curtis immediately recognized me and let me know he would notify Chanel that I was back. I was genuinely surprised and touched by his hospitality and attention to detail. When Chanel showed me the watches again, I finally made my decision, and the entire experience felt very special from beginning to end. Sometimes it’s this level of service and hospitality that truly makes you want to continue shopping at a particular location. I really appreciate both Chanel and Curtis for making my Mother’s Day gift to myself such an enjoyable and memorable experience. If you are considering purchasing from Cartier, I highly recommend working with Chanel. She is knowledgeable, patient, warm, and truly cares about helping clients find the right piece instead of simply making a sale. Her service is one of the reasons I will gladly continue shopping at this location.
I had the pleasure of working with Kim Roberts over the course of many years. My first experience with him was when I purchased a beautiful LOVE necklace in person. Years later, when I decided to celebrate a significant milestone in my life with a Panthère watch, Kim was the first person I thought to contact. Although I could have easily placed the order online, as I'm not residing in the area, I am so glad I reached out to him. Kim responded promptly and provided exceptional service throughout the entire process. He took the time to offer thoughtful advice on engraving options, watch sizing, and other details that helped personalize the purchase. His expertise and attention to detail made the experience feel special. What impressed me most was that Kim delivered the same level of care and professionalism remotely as he did during my in-person purchase years ago. He made what could have been a simple online transaction into a memorable and meaningful experience. Thank you, Kim, for your outstanding customer service and for helping me commemorate such an important moment. I highly recommend working with him.
They did better than some other luxury store but the intro so still rough. It did confirm to me though that not all Cartier stores judge you on your appearance. When we got here, they opened the door. Me and my fiancée just kind of stood there looking around. No assurance that someone was going to come grab us. Maybe it's my annoyance at other Cartier stores ignoring us, but I don't think this is acceptable for a luxury brand. But Ganchana, our sales associate, even did come. She was super friendly and helpful, offering us warm tea to help with the cold. She saved the experience. She was very honest, helpful, and informative. Everything you'd want in a SA. They didn't have a few of the love bracelet varietals in-stock at the store, which is a shame. If you're gonna go to a Cartier in the Bay, just go here It's definitely the least judgemental one in the Bay.
I had a wonderful experience picking up my online order at the Cartier boutique, and I want to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional service provided by Rafael Vargas. My order arrived at the boutique earlier than expected, and Rafael kindly reached out to let me know it was ready for pickup—such a thoughtful gesture that immediately made the experience feel personal and cared for. The boutique itself felt refined, comfortable, and genuinely welcoming. Every staff member I encountered carried the same warmth and professionalism that Cartier is known for, creating an atmosphere where you feel valued. Oh and before I left, I received small goodies—a simple gesture, yet very memorable and heartwarming! I will definitely come back someday for another beautiful, high‑quality piece!
The Cartier in San Francisco is my favorite Cartier location to shop at. I love how attentive and kind all of their staff are. During my last visit, I was immediately greeted by staff as I walked in. I was offered tea, champagne, or coffee with chocolate as I was shopping for a watch. The location is clean and smells great! I love the great selection that they have. I never felt rushed when I take my time to shop there.
