I shop here for the scented oils that they sell. And they have an amazing selection for both men and women even unisex scents. The employees are always very friendly and alert to the customers needs. The only thing that I have a problem with is once I find the perfect scent they usually then stop selling it and this has happened a few times. That's aside Jessica's is an amazing place to shop for scents, hair products, and jewelry.
This store has everything what your looking for in your unique style. Well I found mine. All I wanted was braids . They have a 10 row pack of hot if you doing knotless. What? And it was $17.99 what a freaking deal. All I know if you doing braids this store has it!!!
If I could give it a 0 out of 5 stars, I would. I do not like how you walk into the store to find what you need, and they just watch you, “acting” like they're fixing something when they are really just trying to see if you're stealing. All I had was my phone in my hand. I don't like how they put their businesses in our neighborhoods and sell to Black people, but want to sit there and watch us so hard. Go put your business in another community if you think Black people steal so much. 0 out of 10, did not enjoy the experience. I want to feel like I'm shopping at Target, Walmart, or any other store in peace, not feeling like somebody's watching me. Go get cameras if you feel that way, or stop selling our products to us. You want our dollars, but you can't respect us.

Called ahead of time and ask the person who answered the phone. Do you sell drawstring for ponytails? Not ponytails with drawstrings, just the drawstring, I only want the drawstring. I make what I'm looking for very clear, the woman who answered my call said yes, they have drawstring for ponytail without the hair. I got there, the same woman is offering me a ponytail with drawstring. Needless to say I was pissed 😡 Had me drive to their store only to find out they don't sell what I asked on the phone for.
