Karizma is a jewelry store at 4107 24th St in San Francisco, CA 94114, in the city's 24th Street area. With a 4.7 rating from 43 reviews, it is a local stop for people looking to shop for jewelry, explore jewelry-making supplies, or ask about a piece they already own. The business is especially relevant when a favorite bracelet, earring, bead strand, or other personal item needs thoughtful attention rather than a one-size-fits-all answer. Its Tuesday through Saturday hours are 1:00-6:00 p.m., with Sunday hours from noon-4:00 p.m.; it is closed Mondays. That schedule gives San Francisco shoppers a clear window to stop in and discuss what they need.
Alterations appear to be an important reason customers visit Karizma. One reviewer brought in a silver bracelet that was a couple of links too long and described the care taken to achieve a comfortable fit. Another customer arrived with a single remaining earring from a sentimental pair and appreciated the owner's time while they searched for a close match. These accounts point to a patient, conversation-based experience for requests where fit, memories, or the details of an existing piece matter. Customers with a specific alteration or replacement goal can bring the item along, explain the result they hope for, and ask questions about the available options. A clear conversation about the piece is particularly valuable when it carries personal meaning.
Karizma also comes up in customer comments as a source for jewelry-making supplies and jewelry repair. A reviewer who has shopped for supplies and entrusted repairs to the business for more than 20 years recalled receiving an impromptu introduction to jewelry making when they were getting started. Another visitor reported coming in to have a string changed. Together, those experiences make the shop a practical consideration for makers, longtime jewelry wearers, and anyone maintaining a beloved item. They also suggest a setting where browsing materials and discussing a hands-on jewelry question can happen in the same visit, without reducing every request to a quick transaction. For people comparing small details, that kind of in-person context can be useful.
The owner, identified in reviews as Momo, is frequently associated with attentive, personal service. As with any work involving treasured jewelry, it is sensible to confirm the requested service, materials, cost, timing, and desired fit before proceeding, especially for a repair or adjustment. Karizma's location in San Francisco, California makes it a useful neighborhood option for gift shoppers, jewelry makers, and people seeking help with pieces they want to keep wearing. The feedback reflects many customers who value the shop's individual attention, while individual service experiences and needs can differ. For a visit centered on an alteration, repair, supplies, or a jewelry question, Karizma offers a focused local place to begin.

Sign in to reviewA genuine San Francisco establishment. Fiat Lux in Mission re-directed me to Karizma when I was looking for jewelry alterations as my silver bracelet was just a couple links too long. The owner, Momo, took the proper care and attention to ensure my bracelet would fit properly! Now I wear it way more often. While chatting with Momo she has given some free Feng-Shui advice and my room feels much more comfortable and lively. Following that I have purchased some gems and crystals for myself and friends with great satisfaction. Now I am having a custom bracelet made!
I cannot thank the shop owner enough for her time and attention in helping me. I had lost one earring of a pair that was very sentimental to me. I was hoping to recreate them to match as closely as possible to the original. We both looked for awhile without much success so she took my number and said she’d keep looking/look into ordering something. Amazingly a day later she called and had found a great match! In fact, it was as close as I could have hoped to get! She then helped me complete the set up with the other beads I needed. Do not hesitate to go by Karizma for all your jewelry needs. Whether it’s material to make your own or you’re looking for a nice gift, let it be your go to jewelry spot. It certainly is mine!
I've been buying jewelry, jewelry making supplies, and entrusting jewelry repair to Karizma, the owner of Karizma for over 20 years. She even gave me an impromptu jewelery making 101 class when I started making jewelry when the shop was on Church at Market, so I was ecstatic to find her new location in Noe Valley because precious stones are rare...💎
TL;DR: Did a extremely lousy job on my watch bracelet adjustment & lied to my face. Do not get your watches serviced here. They have no idea what they are doing. The lady straight up lied and said they would remove links evenly on both sides. They also misjudged my wrist and it was way too big - didn't realize until after. They were happy to charge $30 though. After taking it to an OEM shop, they did the adjustment in 2 minutes for free and said the previous adjustment was done very poorly (fully on one side) and that they didn't bother changing the micro adjustment.
Changed the string here ^_^ the owner is super nice! (although I had to learn how to tie the lucky knot myself 😂 but I finally did it haha) but i did find some new scratches on the beads which makes me sad since the price isn’t cheap either 🥲 …
